“Chicks”

  • 5 eggs, hard boiled
  • 200 g hard cheese, finely grated
  • Butter, softened, a little amount
  • Mayonnaise (amount was not specified)
  • Greens
  • Carrot
  • Olives

Directions:

  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs.
  2. Carefully cut the eggs in to halves, remove the yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks, mix them with mayonnaise and cheese.
  4. From the yolk mass, form ten larger balls and ten smaller balls.
  5. Put the larger balls inside of each white half, then put the smaller balls on the top of each larger ball.
  6. Cut the little beaks from the carrot and eyes from the olives, decorate.
  7. Put the “chicks” on the platter, decorate with greens.
  8. Enjoy!
